The children learn to recognise and correctly name the emotional states and moods of those around them. When they sense how their fellow human beings are feeling, the child can adjust its behaviour accordingly. This exercise is specifically about the feeling of "discomfort".
Instructions
Two participants sit opposite each other.
They are comfortable and having fun, they are talking animatedly.
A third participant joins them from behind. He symbolises "the discomfort".
This third participant takes turns to stand behind one of the seated participants, who is then suddenly attacked by a great "unease".
The narrative remains unconcerned about the content, but the player's posture expresses the changed state of mind.
