Goal of this exercise is to improve

  • neurosensory perception

  • body tension

The children learn to let themselves go, to trust the group and train their attention and reaction skills to coordinate in a group.

Instructions

  • The pupils form a tight circle.

  • In the middle is a single pupil who is blindfolded.

  • He is now "the pendulum", which drops stiffly like a stick sometimes in one direction and then in the other.

  • The others catch him and push him on.
