Goal of this exercise is to improve

The children learn to let themselves go, to trust the group and train their attention and reaction skills to coordinate in a group.
Instructions
The pupils form a tight circle.
In the middle is a single pupil who is blindfolded.
He is now "the pendulum", which drops stiffly like a stick sometimes in one direction and then in the other.
The others catch him and push him on.
