Goal of this exercise is to improve

This exercise is a simple jump rope with a jump rope, with different specifications. The evenness and rhythm of the movement plays a major role here. 

Instructions

Before you can start, the length of the jump rope must be set individually. To do this, step on the rope with one foot and pull it up tight. The horizontal handles should then be in front of the middle of the chest, if you stand the handles up they should end in the armpits.

  1. The children start with simple jumping

  2. Then make a small intermediate jump between the jumps

  3. Then swing the rope backwards

Variants

  • Cross swing every other jump

  • Sometimes try to swing the rope twice
