Goal of this exercise is to improve

Small competitions motivate the children and serve to relax.
Instructions
The participants line up in 2 teams behind a starting position for a relay race. A target is set up about 3-4 meters around which you have to go. Those in the same row in each group complete the route using the same mode of locomotion.
It starts with a start signal.
- The first ones run the route back and forth normally. At the finish, they high-five the next one. 
- The next run backwards 
- The next jump 
- The next ones crawl on all fours with their knees in the air 
- Then you start running again until all the kids have finished. 
Variants
There are no limits to the imagination!
- You can also dribble with a ball, 
- balance an object, etc.
