Small competitions motivate the children and serve to relax.

Instructions

The participants line up in 2 teams behind a starting position for a relay race. A target is set up about 3-4 meters around which you have to go. Those in the same row in each group complete the route using the same mode of locomotion.

It starts with a start signal.

  1. The first ones run the route back and forth normally. At the finish, they high-five the next one.

  2. The next run backwards

  3. The next jump

  4. The next ones crawl on all fours with their knees in the air

  5. Then you start running again until all the kids have finished.

Variants

There are no limits to the imagination!

  • You can also dribble with a ball,

  • balance an object, etc.
