Instructions

Slowly raise both arms up each side of the body until they are fully extended.

Inhale

Then let your arms and upper body fall forward and down - as far as possible.

Exhale as you do this
IMPORTANT

let your head, neck, shoulders and arms hang freely

stand up ALWAYS
