Instructions

Children stand with knees slightly bent but straight, spread out in the room and fix a point on the opposite wall. This point is now 'invoked'.

Teacher: We invoke the wall by "sending" the voice there with the sounds "Mmmooooo" and "Mmmaaaaa". The emitted sound should come from deep in the stomach and should sound relaxed and open. Widen your throat for this. You should draw the sound out for a very long time. As long as your breath allows. It is important that the voice is "clear", never "pressed"!

Make a chorus of deep sounds that should sound like gongs, sometimes loud and strong, sometimes quieter.
