Children learn to imitate the language of others through play. Other effects of the exercise are joint training and body tension training.

Instructions

The group forms a circle and focuses on one point. On a signal, someone sends a loud "Ha!" along with a long and corresponding energetic hand movement towards this imaginary point.

A strong and confident expression should result. The exercise activates body tension and strengthens the person's presence. Care should be taken not to shout, but to use the force of the voice from the diaphragm.
