  • the ability to concentrate

The exercise helps the children to clear their minds and find inner peace. Meditative silence exercise.

Instructions

  1. A sonorous instrument (e.g. Klangauge, Singing Bowl, Kalimba, Chimes, WahWahTube, Metallophones) is struck.

  2. Now listen very carefully when the sound can no longer be heard.

  3. A signal should be agreed upon. When nothing more is heard, the sign is given (e.g. raise your hand).
