Goal of this exercise is improving

  • the interaction of the musculature

  • posture

The children learn to breathe consciously, which helps them to feel tired less quickly. They are trained to breathe in order to have energy for speaking.

Instructions

Pull the rope of an imaginary big church bell with one or both hands. While doing this, either speak (Bim, Bam) or count the repetitions.

Variations

There are two strong, flexible ropes behind the back - one for each hand. These are now pulled forward and released. Again count out loud. (repeat).
