Instructions
Paper and pens are placed on the students' desks. The children have a few moments to think of a short story to write down.
Teacher:
While you are writing your story, I want you to count. You count in whispers until the story is finished.
Variations
-
Easier variation: The children do cross-over exercises (hands to knees or elbows to knees) and say colouring sentences.
-
More difficult variation: The children count backwards from 100. When you reach 0, you start again at 100.
