Children learn to sit relaxed and upright and use breathing techniques.

Instructions

Extended bonding:

Shift your weight back and forth between your right and left leg. Your shoulders, arms and hands stay relaxed and swing with you. Exhale through your mouth. Inhale through your nose. Your jaw remains free, your mouth remains slightly open.
