Goal of this exercise is improving
auditory perception and
interpreting impressions
This exercise promotes close-up listening and can be used as a silent meditation exercise.
Instructions
Children sit on chairs or on the floor. They should be absolutely silent and concentrate on the sounds that are heard.
Teacher: You must be absolutely quiet now and concentrate only on your ears! Listen carefully and write down what you notice! Afterwards we will discuss your perceptions!

What noises are still in the room, even if everyone is quiet?
