Objective of the exercises

In the category "Memory / Retention", the aim of the exercises is that students should

be able to retain in memory the information required to perform more complex tasks

Learn to develop effective strategies for memorising content required to perform more complex tasks.

Helpful if your students

  • have poor memory skills

  • have inadequate mnemonics

  • have insufficient practice

  • have insufficient positive internal reward sensation

As a result, your students can

  • recapture the positive feelings that result from the release of dopamine during successful learning processes.

  • recognise the repetition factor as necessary for them to remember content.

  • block out any fear factors in learning and thinking processes

  • refine their memo techniques
