The aim of this exercise is to improve

  • relaxation

  • coordination

  • the ability to concentrate

The use of exercises from different functional areas promotes the activation and development of the brain on a broad basis. We learn with all our senses.

Instructions for implementation

In a motor skills course, different smaller exercises can be combined into one larger exercise. One starts with motor exercises and then with more cognitive exercises. Such a motor skills course should ideally be offered 2 to 3 times a week for about 15 - 20 minutes.

Depending on the spatial conditions and possibilities, any smaller exercises can be selected and combined with each other.

Tips
The brain lives from networking and communication between the different areas of the brain. Therefore, practising different functional areas promotes brain development to a particular extent.
