Children learn to breathe to calm down, relax and have energy to talk.
Instructions
Spread your legs hip width apart
Extend your right arm palm up
Inhale as you move
Bend your upper body slightly to the side
Knees stay slightly bent
Hold your breath as you reach the top of the stretch
Gently touch the stretched chest with the other hand
Hold your breath
Bring your hand and arm back down
Exhale as you do this.
Same process - now the left arm.
